We also offer flexible MOQ adjustments for long-term partners or mixed-SKU orders .For regular products in stock, our MOQ is 500pcs to start with logo customize. For customize like color, it depends on the designs.

3. **Can we request product samples before placing a bulk order?**
Absolutely. We offer free standard samples for quality check—you only need to cover the shipping cost. For customized samples (e.g., logo/color), a nominal fee ($20–$50 per sample) applies, which will be deducted from your first bulk order. Samples are typically shipped within 3–5 business days via DHL or FedEx.

4. What quality control measures do you implement during production?
Our quality control (QC) process covers every stage:
1. Incoming inspection: Testing raw materials (e.g., wood, plastic, bristles) for durability and safety.
2. In-process QC: Random sampling during production to check for defects (e.g., loose bristles, uneven comb teeth).
3. Final inspection: 100% inspection of finished products for appearance, functionality, and branding accuracy.
A QC report is provided with each bulk order, and we offer third-party inspection services (e.g., SGS) upon request at an additional cost.

5. What should we do if we receive defective products?
